If you are ready to apply to live in a Chambers Theory rental property, you are able to apply online. We require a standard fee of $60 USD per person to apply for tenancy for one of our managed rental properties. We only accept online applications. Anyone over the age of 18 is required to apply and be added as tenants to the lease, even if they are not financially contributing to the lease. This fee is non-refundable.

Please find the property below that you wish to apply for and click on the “Apply Now” button. The button below will take you to the online Rental Application. After you fill this out and upload required documents, you will be taken to the payment screen. After you have completed and paid for the Rental Application, we will begin processing.

You must submit payment for your application to be processed. Applications that are not paid in full will not be processed. In addition to payment, we require you submit the following documents, you can upload them to your application when you complete the online application:

  • 2 most recent paystubs, W2, Offer letter, or other proof of income
  • Copies of photo IDs
  • Application fee
