Leasing Commission Guarantee

Agent guarantees a prorated credit of the leasing commission if the original leasing commission was collected and the Tenant is evicted for non-payment or uses military/diplomatic transfer within the first year. The credit applies on the Owner's next leasing commission charge if the next Lease is handled by the Agent. Guarantee valid only for Tenants procured and vetted through Agent, capped at one-month’s rent. Example: Owner receives a prorated credit if Tenant vacates within the first year.

Late Rent Fee Split Guarantee

Any administrative charges for late rent assessed and collected from the Tenant will be evenly split between the Owner and Agent. This ensures a fair distribution of administrative costs related to late payments, providing transparency and shared responsibility between the parties involved in managing the property.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.

Proceeds Guarantee

Our interests are aligned completely with our landlords and we don’t get paid until you do! Our monthly management fee is based off rent collected so if a tenant fails to pay, we don’t collect a management fee, until they do!
