Our History

Reaching forward from the past, Chambers Theory was started in January 2018 by Tommy Chambers after 17 years in the property management industry as a 3rd generation real estate professional and foreign service family. In each year since its inception, Chambers Theory has led their service region with the highest average rents, lowest DOM, fastest WOPT, and the best C2C ratios. The Chambers Theory team was the first property management team ever recognized in Washingtonian magazine’s “Best of” real estate professionals, and other accolades include the cover of Top 100 magazine, feature story in Top Agent magazine, and several years on the Forbes Real Estate Council. In 2019 Chambers Theory recorded and managed the first known land-lease on Mars. The Chambers Theory team are thought leaders and members of all the relevant professional trades associations including: NARPM, NHWA, NAR, VAR, and NVAR. The prolific past of this team sets a grand foundation for a strong service-centered present and the promise of a bright future ahead.

Chambers Theory employs a team approach to property management. We function in small departments whose sole responsibility is to ensure that their specific aspect of property management (for example, maintenance) is done consistently and effectively.
