Chambers Theory LLC launched as successful start-up real estate firm by Tommy Chambers in early 2018 and is serving clients in VA & DC for residential property management and investment purchases. The Chambers Theory team, in its inaugural year of operation, is the only team to ever be named as “Washingtonian’s BEST” for BOTH property management and real estate sales in the same year, they will be featured on the cover of “Top Agent Magazine” for the first issue of 2019– and they are still getting started and getting better! Tommy Chambers

Tommy represents both an impressive real estate legacy, and also an innovative future in real estate. Tommy was a 3rd generation family real estate professional and an integral part of the McGrath Real Estate family business before the company sold in 2017. He grew up as a “Foreign Service Kid” living in a half-dozen different countries around the world before he was eight years old. All of Tommy’s grandparents worked in the U.S. State Department, and his brother is an officer in the Marine Corps.

Tommy dedicated more than 15 years of intense effort championing the quality of services and being a catalyst of growth at the family firm until it sold to Long & Foster. He then saw an opportunity to be entrepreneurial, innovative, and stay client-focused… It was time be enterprising, and it was time to bring care back to real estate investment and property management.

Jessica Stinnette

A Northern Virginia Native, Jessica grew up in Fairfax county & upon graduating from George Mason University with a BS in Marketing, moved to Loudoun County where she currently resides with her college-sweetheart & their 3 kids. Beginning as a marketing intern, she grew to love the culture of the company, understood quickly the varying dynamics of real estate & the complexities of property management.

As Director of Brand, Marketing & Communications, Jessica’s extensive experience provides expertise on the unique challenges of serving her clients, many of whom are in the State Department, Foreign Service Officers, Military, World Bank & investors, alike. Through Jessica’s strong work ethic & unwavering dedication to improve the client experience, she uses her marketing & leasing best practices to provide property analysis & strategies to maximize their investments, while promoting excellence in service & quality-care. An advocate & a respected leader in pro-active property management, she not only provides support & guidance to clients, but delivers keen insight & direction to her team, as well.

Jessica has been a licensed realtor & working in property management since 2005 & is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers [NARPM].

Lindsay Curtis

Lindsay has worked in the real estate and property management industry since 2008 and is the Principal Broker of Chambers Theory and an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate. She brings her attention to detail, customer oriented approach and extensive knowledge of all things real estate to solve clients' needs and problems to their greatest benefit. Having lived in Northern Virginia her whole life, Lindsay has a great understanding of the area and how the rental and sales markets affect each other in differing markets. Her wide-ranging experience in selling tenant occupied properties helps make the Chambers Theory Sales Team the obvious choice when selling or buying investment properties.

Lindsay vets and presents all applications, negotiates leases and coordinates the ratification of all lease documents during the Leasing process. During the property management experience she negotiates lease renewals, fields tenant requests and coordinates terminations and re-marketing of your property.

Lindsay also maintains Chambers Theory’s website and marketing programs, with an emphasis on being on the cutting edge of new technology. Her dedication, thoroughness and positive attitude makes her a great resource for any person looking for property management and sales services.

Gregg Waters

Gregg has been in the property management industry for almost 20 years as a dedicated, caring, and seasoned professional, always advocating for landlords and the fundamentals of good property management. As genuine of a guy as you can find, Gregg ensures that clients receive the best advice to achieve a successful rental experience.

Gregg is responsible for communication with clients, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, monitoring and supervising inspections, repairs, and customer satisfaction. Gregg’s mantra of “measure twice, cut once” is another one of the many quality-control perspectives that makes the Chambers Theory property management program the best for clients who prioritize excellent care and good communication in what they want from their property management company.

Brian Chevalier

Brian Chevalier and his wife, Lauren, enjoy raising their children in Herndon (where Brian was born, raised, and is now a well-connected and respected member of the community). A graduate of Shepherd University, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports & Event Management while also playing for the Shepherd Rams Baseball team. Brian is a licensed Realtor and has over 10 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry.

Brian is often one of the first people you will meet from the Chambers Theory team - he gives guidance to clients from their first call until leased and tenant occupied. Brian assists with coordinating property repairs needed as you prepare to leave the property, and also acts as a rental showing agent for Chambers Theory rental properties where he excels at qualifying potential tenants and encouraging rental applications.

Brian is the epitome of a team player and brings his genuine, positive attitude to every aspect of property management. You will be in excellent hands when working with Brian.

LEASING SPECIALIST & PROPERTY MANAGER

Marc Vuolo

A native of the area, Marc has spent nearly his entire life in Northern Virginia, minus his college years at Virginia Tech and a quick “post-college” stint in Charlotte, NC. Although originally from Reston, Marc has lived in many cities, neighborhoods and zip codes in “NOVA”, creating a true awareness and understanding of many areas in the DC Metropolitan Area.

Marc’s personal and professional goal in Real Estate is to provide exceptional customer service and treat all clients how he would want to be treated. He believes the most important first step in the real estate journey is to personally relate to each and every client specifically, as different people will have different expectations. Next, his goal is to provide as much information, insight, personal experience and consulting to his clients to set them up for success, all while accommodating their most critical real estate needs.

In his property management role, Marc assists in maximizing the marketability of properties on the market for rent and he establishes a regular and proactive communication channel with both landlords and prospective tenants. Marc provides showing activity information and feedback to landlords weekly to keep them well informed as to the status of their home while on the market for rent. Once a lease is signed, Marc ensures the tenants are prepared for their move-in logistics and he will coordinate a smooth transition for our landlords to our post-lease Client Care Team. Marc raises the bar on quick communications and client response during the leasing process, and is one of the reasons no one has better metrics than Chambers Theory for leasing services in the DC Metropolitan Area.

MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Zack Brown

Zack grew up in Southwestern Virginia before moving to Northern Virginia where he has resided for 6 years. Zack got his intro to property management through McGrath Real Estate Services where he worked in the repairs department, initially as assistant and worked his way up to director through his tireless work ethic, leadership skills and overall expertise. He is also a licensed Realtor.

As the Maintenance Director, Zack coordinates repairs between tenants, clients and vendors whether it is for a move in, move out, interim work or a renovation. In any one given day, Zack handles multiple tasks and priorities, from emergencies to cosmetic repairs to a home. His strong organizational skills and time management, as well as his excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, ensures all parties involved have clear oral and written communication throughout the process.

Being in this business for so many years Zack has been able to establish vendor relationships and set high expectations for what is expected of them to remain in our program, these things include competitive pricing, workmanship, availability and of course customer service. Whether it’s a clients preferred contractor or one from our list, he ensures all vendors are licensed and insured, which means work completed has a warranty and if an accident occurs onsite insurance can be involved, all in an effort to protect our clients.

Zack’s passion and experience coupled with quick responsiveness allows tenants to remain happy in the turnaround time of the needed repair and his clients satisfied with the outcome of the repair work, as well as the overall cost.

You may not believe it could be... but Taylor has actually made the role and program of accounting and bookkeeping into a dynamic, innovative, and intriguing value-add role. Taylor makes the numbers mean something and organizes the data into an actionable process.

He was born and raised in Michigan and attended Central Michigan University. Hard working, dedicated, and his attention to detail, Taylor will ensure your property has a healthy cash flow and that you, your money, and operation of your property management team THRIVE!

Mike Mellis

Mike has grown up in Fairfax County and loves to serve the Northern VA area as his hometown community. Mike is intelligent, motivated, and has applied his good work ethic to Chambers Theory since the beginning. ​

Mike brings a fresh perspective to how companies can better marry personalization and care in service to automation and technological efficiencies.​

Investigative application processing, InspeQt reports, key auditing and software programs operation and effectiveness are responsibilities mastered by Mike.​

Heather Paterno

Heather is a Realtor and Leasing Specialist with Chambers Theory and excels at her attention to detail and personalized approach to everything she does. Various roles include assessing properties before they go on the rental market to ensure they show well, submitting repair requests and follow up with contractors on needed repairs. Her excellent communication with owners, agents, current tenants, new clients and applicants puts her in a category of her own. Heather specializes in marketing of clients rental and sales properties. She will assist clients with the transaction coordination from setting the appointment through the leasing/sales process. ​

Heather lives in the Gainesville area with her fiance and three daughters and her dog. You may catch her at a concert at Jiffy Lube Live during the summer!

Marci Huber

Marci resides in Leesburg with her husband and 2 children on their farm. After a career in corporate she and her husband spent 8 years operating a successful wedding venue. Marci is active in the Leesburg community and schools and is very committed to charity work. Over the years she and her husband have enjoyed designing, renovating and building homes. This cultivated her love of houses and design and ultimately led to her career in real estate. As a long time resident she brings a wealth of knowledge about Loudoun county and its communities and valuable experience with farms and larger properties. She loves to envision the potential in each property and enjoys building relationships and helping clients realize their dreams.​

As an avid equestrian she spends her free time riding on their farm or traveling with her family.

Jen Ferris

Jen is smart, resourceful, and the ultimate professional. Jen is a licensed Realtor and specializes in Embassy-Leasing and transition assistance as well as exemplifying that “care” goes a long way in real estate whether selling a $1 million home or renting a $2,000/month condo.

Jen and her family (4 kids!) are posted here in Virginia through the Canadian Embassy (her husband was assigned to a Canadian cooperative military program with the U.S. joint chiefs of staff in the Pentagon). We’re lucky to have Jen on our team and we’re making plans to keep her on the team long-term!

Chris Chambers

REPAIR COORDINATOR & PROPERTY MANAGER

Chris Chambers

Chris was born in Pakistan while his parents were posted there as Foreign Service Officers for the U.S. State Department and he subsequently traveled all over the world as a “3rd culture kid” with stops in Germany, the Philippines, Greece, and more. Chris carried the “3rd culture life” into adulthood doing mission-work that brought him to Afghanistan and Denmark.

Honest, hard-working, and humble, Chris is just the right kind of personality to bring care and a cool-head to the customer service aspects of coordinating repairs with contractors. If you prefer to speak conversational-level Danish – Chris is your guy!

Jurgen Bautista

Jurgen grew up in the area and playing travel soccer from a young age makes it so he knows the Northern Virginia area like the back of his hand. A recent graduate from James Madison University's College of Business, Jurgen possesses the drive and focus to be able to handle any task thrown at him. Even though he is just starting out the in the property management business, his eagerness and ability to learn have made him a valuable asset to the team.

In addition to working with Chambers Theory, Jurgen also coaches high school soccer at his alma mater, O'Connell High School, Falls Church High School, and at Braddock Road Youth Club. His unique experiences have helped him become comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life by emphasizing respect, care, and empathy.

Molly Baird

Molly is an administrative assistant/utilities coordinator with Chamber Theory LLC. She has been with Chambers Theory since the very beginning.....almost! She has learned a tremendous amount about the property management/real estate industry during that time having been new to the field when she started. She's excited to keep learning from all the knowledgeable, experienced co-workers around her! ​

Molly has lived in Fairfax City for over 30 years with her husband and their two children, who are now young adults! She enjoys the beach, traveling, working out, reading and decorating. She loves to get together with her family and friends as often as possible!

Kathe has lived in Northern Virginia for decades and watched Tommy Chambers coach her son in Vienna Youth Football league for years, never realizing one day she’d be watching over his company! Kathe plays a vital role in our administrative department and you can always find a warm smile and a kind voice over the phone whenever you call into Chambers Theory.

Her superior office support makes her an invaluable asset to the organization and growth of our company. She has helped develop improved management systems within our organization which have already resulted in a clear increase in efficiencies between departments within our company.

Chris Harold

Chris Harold

Sharp, organized, efficient, and solution-oriented, Chris has been in the real estate industry since 2011. He has held positions in accounting, leasing, and property management with McGrath Real Estate Services, property management with CBRE, and also asset project management and leasing with Milestone Communications. Chris has a top-notch reputation in the industry, and is well equipped to help you through any of your property management and real estate needs.

Chris has a Virginia real estate broker license, has been licensed to practice real estate in Virginia since 2013, and is also licensed as a property manager in the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, and the Urban Land Institute. Chris is a graduate of James Madison University School of Business, and rumor has it that he is an impressive guitar player.
