Tommy lives by the motto "Carpe Diem… Every Diem!" and it is with great enthusiasm that he is designing a smarter future in property management and real estate. Tommy is a forward-leaning entrepreneur whose DNA extends back to three generations of real estate professionals and an ancestry of U.S. Intelligence and State Department veterans. As a "Foreign Service Kid," Tommy lived in half a dozen countries before the age of eight and grew into his ideals, entering the property management industry in 2001 evolving to serve those serving our country overseas at the highest level.

A Northern Virginia native, Jessica lived in Fairfax County until she met her college sweetheart & moved to Loudoun County where they now reside, raising their 3 children & yellow lab. Before majoring in Marketing at George Mason University, Jessica worked as an intern at a small real estate & property management firm where she quickly learned the varying dynamics of real estate.

Beginning her career in 2004, Jessica has emphasized the importance of building trust with each client right off the bat by providing responsive communication at a high level, with integrity & dedication. Jessica cares about her clients experience & understands that so much of their journey is dependent on staying connected. Jessica's consistent proficiency presents expertise on the unique challenges of serving each individual client, most of who are in the State department, Foreign Service Officers, Military, World Bank & investors. Lindsay has worked in the real estate and property management industry since 2008 and is the Principal Broker of Chambers Theory and an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate. She brings her attention to detail, customer oriented approach and extensive knowledge of all things real estate to solve clients' needs and problems to their greatest benefit. Having lived in Northern Virginia her whole life, Lindsay has a great understanding of the area and how the rental and sales markets affect each other in differing markets. Her wide-ranging experience in selling tenant occupied properties helps make the Chambers Theory Sales Team the obvious choice when selling or buying investment properties.

Lindsay vets and presents all applications, negotiates leases and coordinates the ratification of all lease documents during the Leasing process. During the property management experience she negotiates lease renewals, fields tenant requests and coordinates terminations and re-marketing of your property. She takes pride in making sure her clients are securing the highest quality renter they can to facilitate a smooth and positive rental experience. She firmly believes that all parties to the transaction can have a positive and happy relationship during their tenancy. After many years in the industry, Lindsay is honored to work with the Chambers Theory team who strive to always provide empathy, care and communication to all our clients and customers.

Gregg is responsible for communication with clients, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, monitoring and supervising inspections, repairs, and customer satisfaction. Gregg's mantra of "measure twice, cut once" is another one of the many quality-control perspectives that makes the Chambers Theory property management program the best for clients who prioritize excellent care and good communication in what they want from their property management company.

Brian Chevalier and his wife, Lauren, enjoy raising their children in Herndon (where Brian was born, raised, and is now a well-connected and respected member of the community). A graduate of Shepherd University, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Sports & Event Management while also playing for the Shepherd Rams Baseball team. Brian loves to give back to the community by Coaching both of his boys in the Herndon youth Baseball & Basketball programs. Brian is a licensed Realtor and has over 10 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Since joining Chambers Theory, Brian is most proud of settling company records in growing the company portfolio as well as being a part of the Chambers Theory sales Team who over the last few years have made it into the famous Washingtonian Magazine as one of the Top Producing sales Team in VA! Brian is also proud of continuing to be a member of the Multi-Million Dollar sales Club. 

Brian is often one of the first people you will meet from the Chambers Theory team - he gives guidance to clients from their first call until leased and tenant occupied. Brian assists with coordinating property repairs needed as you prepare to leave the property, and also acts as one of the top rental showing agent for Chambers Theory rental properties where he excels at qualifying potential tenants and encouraging rental applications. Brian's favorite part about his job is the satisfaction he receives when seeing and hearing how happy a client is when their property has been leased out, prior to vacating their home! Having the Client receive Peace of Mind on their property prior to vacating their home is something that continues to excite and motivate him.

A native Hoosier, Jennifer got her first taste of real estate while very young, each Sunday spent helping her dad compile a paper version of the MLS for local brokerages. Jennifer went to college in California to expand her horizons. After marrying her college sweetheart, they moved to Chile and taught English. Returning to California, they purchased a small fixer and called it home until her husband joined the Foreign Service. 

Having served 22 years as a Foreign Service spouse (Mexico, Kenya, Cyprus, Israel, Philippines), Jennifer understands the challenges of living overseas, frequent moves and entrusting your home to a property management company. In her 5 years as a full-service property manager, Jennifer has developed strong relationships with trusted vendors, coordinated bulk service agreements and implemented risk management protocols to ensure optimal service for both clients and tenants. Her outgoing personality and problem-solving approach are key to her success. Jennifer is also a licensed realtor and enjoys renovating houses and building her property investment portfolio. 

Jennifer and her husband have three sons. Each summer her family participates in an outreach project sponsored by Common Ground Ministries in Indianapolis, Indiana, where teens learn essential home improvement skills from parents and tradesmen while repairing houses for a diverse community of elderly and economically-disadvantaged.

A native of the area, Marc has spent nearly his entire life in Northern Virginia, minus his college years at Virginia Tech and a post-college stint in Charlotte, NC. Although originally from Reston, Marc has lived in many cities, neighborhoods and zip codes in "NOVA", creating a true awareness and understanding of many areas in the DC Metropolitan Area.

Marc's personal and professional goal in Real Estate is to provide exceptional customer service and treat all clients how he would want to be treated. He believes the most important first step in the real estate journey is to personally relate to each and every client specifically, as different people will have different expectations. Next, his goal is to provide as much information, insight, personal experience and consulting to his clients to set them up for success, all while accommodating their most critical real estate needs.  

In his property management role, Marc assists in maximizing the marketability of properties on the market for rent and he establishes a regular and proactive communication channel with both landlords and prospective tenants. Marc provides information and feedback to landlords to keep them well informed as to the status of their home while on the market for rent. Heather Paterno is a Real Estate professional and part of the Chambers Theory Sales Team and a leasing consultant with Chambers Theory, LLC. Heather was born and raised in Rhode Island where she attended Rhode Island College to study Business Management. She has relocated several times landing in Virginia 14 years ago and now resides in Gainesville as a proud mom of 3 girls.

After spending over 25 years working in the hospitality industry in many roles including customer service, management and ownership she decided to take her knowledge and skills into the Real Estate business to continue her passion for helping others.

Various roles include assessing properties before they go onto the Sales and Rental market to ensure they show well, submitting requests and follow up on needed repairs. Her excellent communication with owners, agents, current tenants and new clients puts her in a category of her own. Heather specializes in marketing of client rentals and sales properties. She will assist clients with the transaction coordination from setting the appointment through the leasing/sales process.

Marina Bashay

Marina brings over 5 years of property management experience overseeing multi-family properties ranging from 50-350+ units. She has managed several residential apartment buildings in the DC metro area, primarily in Northwest, DC and Arlington, VA.

Marina is responsible for coordinating and assessing each rental property for all routine inspections each year, and has a sound knowledge of building and maintenance processes. As a member of the Chambers Theory team, she is devoted to providing superior care for all clients with her strong communication skills and close attention to detail.
A DC native raised in Fairfax County, VA, Marina graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Foreign Languages, concentrating in Spanish. She currently resides in DC with her husband and daughter.

Zack Brown

Zack grew up in Southwestern Virginia before moving to Northern Virginia where he has resided for 7 years. Zack got his intro to property management through McGrath Real Estate Services where he worked in the repairs department, initially as assistant and worked his way up to director through his tireless work ethic, leadership skills and overall expertise. His drive is the goal to help ease stress and make the repairs process as simple and hands off as possible for our clients. He is also a licensed Realtor.

As the Maintenance Director, Zack coordinates repairs between tenants, clients and vendors whether it is for a move in, move out, interim work or a renovation. In any one given day, Zack handles multiple tasks and priorities, from emergencies to cosmetic repairs to a home. His strong organizational skills and time management, as well as his excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, ensures all parties involved have clear oral and written communication throughout the process. Since joining the team Zack has managed to bring down the total average repairs costs for the portfolio.

Being in this business for so many years Zack has been able to establish vendor relationships and set high expectations for what is expected of them to remain in our program, these things include competitive pricing, workmanship, availability and of course customer service. Whether it's a clients preferred contractor or one from our list, he ensures all vendors are licensed and insured, which means work completed has a warranty and if an accident occurs onsite insurance can be involved, all in an effort to protect our clients.

Zack's passion and experience coupled with quick responsiveness allows tenants to remain happy in the turnaround time of the needed repair and his clients satisfied with the outcome of the repair work, as well as the overall cost.

Chris was born in Pakistan while his parents were posted there as Foreign Service Officers for the U.S. State Department and he subsequently traveled all over the world as a "3rd culture kid" with stops in Germany, the Philippines, Pakistan, Germany and more. Chris carried the "3rd culture life" into adulthood doing mission-work that brought him to Afghanistan and Denmark.

Honest, hard-working, and humble, Chris is just the right kind of personality to bring care and a cool-head to the customer service aspects of coordinating repairs with contractors. If you prefer to speak conversational-level Danish - Chris is your guy!

Born in Texas, he has been a resident of the National Capital Area for over thirty years.

When asked how he got into the real estate business, he replies, "My father was a government contractor, and as a result, we relocated frequently. Fortunately, my parents saw my interest in the process and allowed me to see the process up close; new construction to higher priced housing markets, my interest was piqued at an early age."

He is a proud alum of West Virginia University and in his previous career, was an IT professional and consultant to government and private sector clients.

In 2015, he obtained his Virginia Real Estate License. Later the following year, he and his wife moved to their dream home in Loudoun County, where they currently reside with a toddler, newborn, and loyal dog.

Andrew has spent his entire life in Northern Virginia, aside from attending Shepherd University in West Virginia from 2003 to 2008. During his time at Shepherd he traveled home to Herndon on weekends to volunteer as a youth basketball coach. His true passion has always been working with and serving his community. Post college, Andrew resided in Reston for a few years before settling down in Leesburg with his wife, Christen and their two children. Being a family man, he chose Leesburg for its versatility and accessibility to what they love most - spending time with family and friends, attending Washington sporting events, and supporting local businesses throughout the area. Growing up in the area and now raising a family here gives Andrew the ability to help with more than finding a place to live, but truly finding a place to call home.

Andrew's goal in Real Estate and Property Management is to be open and available in order to satisfy each client's personal goals and desires. Customer service is a top priority and going above and beyond is how Andrew wants to set himself apart from the competition. Molly is an administrative assistant/utilities coordinator with Chamber Theory LLC. She has been with Chambers Theory since the very beginning.....almost! She has learned a tremendous amount about the property management/real estate industry during that time having been new to the field when she started. Molly has lived in Fairfax City for over 30 years with her husband and their two children, who are now young adults! She enjoys the beach, traveling, working out, reading and decorating. She loves to get together with her family and friends as often as possible!

Jen is smart, resourceful, and the ultimate professional. Jen is a licensed Realtor and specializes in Embassy-Leasing and transition assistance as well as exemplifying that "care" goes a long way in real estate whether selling a $1 million home or renting a $2,000/month condo.

Jen and her family (4 kids!) are posted here in Virginia through the Canadian Embassy (her husband was assigned to a Canadian cooperative military program with the U.S. joint chiefs of staff in the Pentagon). This cultivated her love of houses and design and ultimately led to her career in real estate.
