A Northern Virginia native, Jessica lived in Fairfax County until she met her college sweetheart & moved to Loudoun County where they now reside, raising their 3 children & yellow lab. Having lived in Northern Virginia her whole life, Lindsay has a great understanding of the area and how the rental and sales markets affect each other in differing markets. Her wide-ranging experience in selling tenant occupied properties helps make the Chambers Theory Sales Team the obvious choice when selling or buying investment properties.
Lindsay vets and presents all applications, negotiates leases and coordinates the ratification of all lease documents during the Leasing process. During the property management experience she negotiates lease renewals, fields tenant requests and coordinates terminations and re-marketing of your property. Gregg has been in the property management industry for almost 20 years as a dedicated, caring, and seasoned professional, always advocating for landlords and the fundamentals of good property management. As genuine of a guy as you can find, Gregg ensures that clients receive the best advice to achieve a successful rental experience.
Gregg is responsible for communication with clients, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, monitoring and supervising inspections, repairs, and customer satisfaction. Gregg’s mantra of “measure twice, cut once” is another one of the many quality-control perspectives that makes the Chambers Theory property management program the best for clients who prioritize excellent care and good communication in what they want from their property management company.

Beginning as a leasing intern in high school and continuing through college, Hannah immediately noticed the presence of servant leadership that makes a good property manager. She truly believes in its importance and has held firm to that ideal since. A jack of many trades – Hannah has had manifold experience in different industries but ultimately, found her way back to her first love, property management.
As the DC Portfolio Manager, Hannah is responsible for discovery and onboarding of new clients, prepping the property, marketing, leasing and anything pertaining to Washington, DC. Hannah never prescribes without diagnosing and takes an attentive approach to her client’s needs. Her diverse experience allows her to find creative, but simple answers to difficult problems and empathetic nature brings DC client care to another level.

A native of the area, Marc has spent nearly his entire life in Northern Virginia, minus his college years at Virginia Tech and a post-college stint in Charlotte, NC. Although originally from Reston, Marc has lived in many cities, neighborhoods and zip codes in “NOVA”, creating a true awareness and understanding of many areas in the DC Metropolitan Area.
Marc’s personal and professional goal in Real Estate is to provide exceptional customer service and treat all clients how he would want to be treated. Heather Paterno is a Real Estate professional and part of the Chambers Theory Sales Team and a leasing consultant with Chambers Theory, LLC. Heather was born and raised in Rhode Island where she attended Rhode Island College to study Business Management. She has relocated several times landing in Virginia 14 years ago and now resides in Gainesville as a proud mom of 3 girls.
After spending over 25 years working in the hospitality industry in many roles including customer service, management and ownership she decided to take her knowledge and skills into the Real Estate business to continue her passion for helping others.
Various roles include assessing properties before they go onto the Sales and Rental market to ensure they show well, submitting requests and follow up on needed repairs. Her excellent communication with owners, agents, current tenants and new clients puts her in a category of her own. Heather specializes in marketing of client rentals and sales properties. She will assist clients with the transaction coordination from setting the appointment through the leasing/sales process.

Marina brings over 5 years of property management experience overseeing multi-family properties ranging from 50-350+ units. She has managed several residential apartment buildings in the DC metro area, primarily in Northwest, DC and Arlington, VA.
Marina is responsible for coordinating and assessing each rental property for all routine inspections each year, and has a sound knowledge of building and maintenance processes. As a member of the Chambers Theory team, she is devoted to providing superior care for all clients with her strong communication skills and close attention to detail.
A DC native raised in Fairfax County, VA, Marina graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Foreign Languages, concentrating in Spanish. She currently resides in DC with her husband and daughter.

Zack grew up in Southwestern Virginia before moving to Northern Virginia where he has resided for 7 years. Zack got his intro to property management through McGrath Real Estate Services where he worked in the repairs department, initially as assistant and worked his way up to director through his tireless work ethic, leadership skills and overall expertise. His drive is the goal to help ease stress and make the repairs process as simple and hands off as possible for our clients. He is also a licensed Realtor.
As the Maintenance Director, Zack coordinates repairs between tenants, clients and vendors whether it is for a move in, move out, interim work or a renovation. In any one given day, Zack handles multiple tasks and priorities, from emergencies to cosmetic repairs to a home. His strong organizational skills and time management, as well as his excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, ensures all parties involved have clear oral and written communication throughout the process. Since joining the team Zack has managed to bring down the total average repairs costs for the portfolio.
Being in this business for so many years Zack has been able to establish vendor relationships and set high expectations for what is expected of them to remain in our program, these things include competitive pricing, workmanship, availability and of course customer service. Whether it’s a clients preferred contractor or one from our list, he ensures all vendors are licensed and insured, which means work completed has a warranty and if an accident occurs onsite insurance can be involved, all in an effort to protect our clients.

Chris was born in Pakistan while his parents were posted there as Foreign Service Officers for the U.S. State Department and he subsequently traveled all over the world as a “3rd culture kid” with stops in Germany, the Philippines, Pakistan, Germany and more. Chris carried the “3rd culture life” into adulthood doing mission-work that brought him to Afghanistan and Denmark.
Honest, hard-working, and humble, Chris is just the right kind of personality to bring care and a cool-head to the customer service aspects of coordinating repairs with contractors. If you prefer to speak conversational-level Danish – Chris is your guy!
INSPECTIONS COORDINATOR, REALTOR
Born in Texas, he has been a resident of the National Capital Area for over thirty years.
When asked how he got into the real estate business, he replies, “My father was a government contractor, and as a result, we relocated frequently. Fortunately, my parents saw my interest in the process and allowed me to see the process up close; new construction to higher priced housing markets, my interest was piqued at an early age.”
He is a proud alum of West Virginia University and in his previous career, was an IT professional and consultant to government and private sector clients.
In 2015, he obtained his Virginia Real Estate License. Later the following year, he and his wife moved to their dream home in Loudoun County, where they currently reside with a toddler, newborn, and loyal dog.

Andrew has spent his entire life in Northern Virginia, aside from attending Shepherd University in West Virginia from 2003 to 2008. During his time at Shepherd he traveled home to Herndon on weekends to volunteer as a youth basketball coach. His true passion has always been working with and serving his community. Post college, Andrew resided in Reston for a few years before settling down in Leesburg with his wife, Christen and their two children. Being a family man, he chose Leesburg for its versatility and accessibility to what they love most - spending time with family and friends, attending Washington sporting events, and supporting local businesses throughout the area. Growing up in the area and now raising a family here gives Andrew the ability to help with more than finding a place to live, but truly finding a place to call home.

Molly has lived in Fairfax City for over 30 years with her husband and their two children, who are now young adults! She enjoys the beach, traveling, working out, reading and decorating. She loves to get together with her family and friends as often as possible!
Kathe has lived in Northern Virginia for decades and watched Tommy Chambers coach her son in Vienna Youth Football league for years, never realizing one day she’d be watching over his company!
