Tommy representing both a dedicated foreign service legacy, and also an innovative future in real estate, has been accepted into Forbes Real Estate Council, an invitation-only community for executives in the real estate industry.
Tommy was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of his experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors. Beginning his career in the early 2000’s, Tommy went on to individually contribute more than 1,500 individual residential transactions in the last 20 years including more than $125 million in sales transactions and managing more than $1 Billion in single family residential assets while establishing himself in the top 1% of individual residential leasing agents worldwide.
In 2018 he started his own firm, Chambers Theory, focused on serving FSO's and military in the same capacity but under an innovative and entrepreneurial new approach to property management. In 2019, he formalized a partnership between his firm, and CentrIQ for use of a smart home app that promises to disrupt the residential property management marketplace to the benefit of his clients.
As an accepted member of the Council, Tommy has access to a variety of exclusive opportunities designed to help him reach peak professional influence.
